We are delighted to announce that ICMCI is launching its joint offering with the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITC-ILO). This is a 3 days training course on "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Know-How for Change”.
When: 18 - 20 April 2011
Location: International Training Centre of the ILO, Turin (Italy)
This training course looks at implementing CSR in a value and attitudinal change perspective and focuses on the internal arguments and mechanisms to make that change happen. With a labour, environmental and ethical/community focus, the course aims at making participants more sensitive to organizational values and confident in using the available CSR and change management tools. The course will be beneficial for management consultants and companies’ representatives with an interest in CSR and its implementation through change management approaches.
