This time, Michael Sherlock, CEO of Australia's most successful bakery franchise Brumby's shared his views on the importance of partnerships with consultants, which he uses extensively.
His message boiled down to three points:
1. Ensure consultants can add value;
2. Encourage them to be partners;
3. Have fun with and reward your consultants!
This has proved a winning recipe!
