Institute of Consulting creates a new standard - Certified Recruiment Consultant

The UK Institute of Consulting has been working with Hays International to create a new standard, the Certified Recruitment Consultant. Around 20 UK consultants have undertaken the award in the UK pilot, and their UK and Canadian colleagues will be involved in the next stage of rollout.

IC UK and CMC-Canada are working in collaboration to bring Hays CRC consultants in Canada into membership, and on a future scheme to offer Canadian graduates of an IC-endorsed, Hays induction programme membership also.

Hays has a presence in many more ICMCI licensed countries,  and we are looking forward to replicating this arrangement around the world as the project progresses.
