2012 Annual Meeting Update
The agenda is set for the ICMCI Annual Meeting which will be held October 3-6, 2012.
Registration. If you are planning on attending and you have not yett registered, please do so now. Hotel Reservations. If you are planning on attending and you have not made your hotel reservations yet, please do so ASAP. On September 1st, IMC USA will release the remaining (unreserved) rooms in the hotel block, and those who have not made their reservations are in danger of paying more for their hotel, or even worse, not being able to stay at the hotel. Visa Requirements. Visitors traveling to the United States must hold a valid passport and, if not on the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) country list, a valid visa. Please consult the United State Department’s website detailing visa policy and procedures for more information; http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html . Individuals should confirm their eligibility for the VWP as countries change from time to time.
