CMC Firm Celebrates 15th Anniversary
In 2013 ICMCI welcomed its first CMC-Firm: Hejun Consulting of China.
I was privileged to be invited to Hejun’s 15th Anniversary Celebration by the founder Chairman Dr Wang Mingfu, held in the Capital Beijing last week.
A CMC-Firm is a national or regional medium to large firm who is interested in joining a global directory of management consulting firms to play key roles in the industry and its development at a national level, and who are seeking international connections within a top international environment where ICMCI is the main player. The CMC Firms share the same principles and values of ICMCI and applying those in their day to day business.
Hejun is a firm that has a core business of Management Consulting but also has a Business Management School and funds management business, and is the largest indigenous consulting company by revenue in China.
Over 1500 of Hejun’s employees from across China attended and heard from Chairman Wang the vision for the next 15 years.
The company aims to expand its consulting business by 25% this year and plans to achieve a profit of $160Million USD.
I was excited to see the entrepreneurial leadership and excitement Dr Wang has for his business and the enthusiasm shown for his staff, the organizational culture and client satisfaction – all key benchmarks of the organization.
If your IMC has a leading Management Consulting firm, can I encourage you to engage with them through the CMC-Firm project. Hejun has a goal this year to build stronger relationships with ICMCI and its members as well as to work with other firms of similar size across the global on joint opportunities.
On behalf of EXCOM and ICMCI our sincere congratulations to Hejun on achieving its 15 year anniversary.
