Requisite Organization International Institute
The Requisite Organization is one of the most seminal and fundamentally brilliant concepts of organizational design of the past century. If you are an HR Consultant you should know this work, and the institute that has kept Elliott’s work alive since his death in 2003.

The Knowing-Doing Gap
Another seminal book on why organizations have difficulty closing the gap between what they know they need to do, and yet doing what they need to do.
An exploration of profound change in people, organizations and society. A powerful book for HR/Training/Strategy consultants.
