In addition, all member institutes are required to report the following information to ICMCI headquarters annually
- Their Membership counts as of January 1 no later than April 30th
- CMC members
- Non CMC members
- Non consultant members
- Consulting Firm members
- Estimated individuals represented by Firm members
- Other members
- Thirty days prior to the annual conference:
- National objectives for the current 12 months
- Progress toward achieved these objectives
- National objectives for the future 12 months
- Challenges ahead
- Support required from ICMCI
