This is a year of celebration for ICMCI - our 25th anniversary - and we do hope that you will become involved in the exciting range of activities and events being organised throughout 2012.
We have a lot to be proud of - our membership strength; our global reach; the CMC brand. We have new member institutes wishing to come and join us. Through the global community of CMCs, we have a means of promoting our professionalism and getting our message out to the external market.
The first event of 2012, to form part of our anniversary celebrations, is the International Conference being organised jointly by ICMCI and the Hungarian Association of Management Consultants, on the theme of Beyond Talent: Enhancing Performance Through Certifications. The venue is the Hotel President, in central Budapest, and the date for your diary is Thursday 10 May.
The flyer for the Conference is attached here and our hosts hope that many of you will wish to attend. This event is free of charge for ICMCI members.
As well as contributions from ExCom members and our Hungarian hosts, the Conference will hear keynote addresses from the:
- European Commission on the Improve project on innovation management
- European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
- CEN, the European Committee for Standardisation
- Ernst & Young Hungary
This half day conference is being held in conjunction with the ICMCI Euro Hub meeting, on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 May. Preliminary information has already been circulated to you on this event and a further announcement and full programme of speakers will be available shortly. All information and further updates will appear on www.icmci.org.
We invite you to:
- Circulate this information to your Institute membership, inviting their attendance
- Promote our events, as well as our 25th anniversary, to your stakeholders, clients, partners, and media contacts.
To help you in this, a press release is being drawn up and will be made available to you in the next few days.
We look forward to seeing you in Budapest.
Yours in consulting,
