A celebration of 25 years of the ICMCI

A collection of best practice and activities of member Institutes

NGO
In July 2001, ICMCI was granted Special Consultative Status by the United Nation’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). This Special Consultative Status is a strategic positioning opportunity that will give ICMCI international recognition.

ECOSOC has endorsed ICMCI’s practice of sending highly qualified and experienced management consultants to countries with less developed economies. ICMCI trains, coaches and mentors local management consultants and fledgling institutes of management consultants in the fundamentals of consulting and networking with other Institutes of Management Consulting (IMC’s) in their region and around the world. ICMCI also assists management consultants in developing a Code of Ethics, standards for membership and certification, and setting up programs to help consultants in neighboring countries.
