BDO Business Advisory and Relians Corp Will Represent Romania at “Constantinus European Award”
AMCOR (The Romanian Management Consultancies Association) had organized, between the 15th May and 1st December, the first edition of AMCOR Awards. The competition acknowledges excellence in the Romanian management consultancy and business market.
The consultancy missions enrolled in the contest were evaluated according to their: commercial performance, strategic strength, quality of the consultancy/solution, efficiency and the effects on regional and national economy.
The projects that entered in the competition were evaluated by an independent jury that consists in two consultants with significant experience in the field of consultancy and one representative of the Romanian Academic field: Lucian Motiu PhD, Vice-president of AMCOR and the President of the Accreditation Committee, Nicolae Costake, PhD, President of CMC Committee and Marian NASTASE PhD, Associate Professor at the Management Department of the Romanian Economic Studies Academy.
The AMCOR Awards Jury nominated two consultancy missions which will represent Romania in the international contest “Constantinus European Award”.
The first consultancy mission was conducted by BDO Business Advisory for it’s client, the National Prognosis Commission, and regards “The Improving of institutional and macroeconomic policy formulation in the field of economic convergence with the EU and the National Prognosis Commission”.
The second nominated consultancy mission was carried out by Relians Corp for the City Hall of Suceava and involves conducting consulting services for the development of Sustainable Energy Action Plan, the prioritization of projects and preparation of the project outline for the implementation of the Swiss - Romanian Cooperation Programme in order to reduce economic and social disparities in the enlarged EU. The consultancy mission also involved providing technical assistance to the beneficiary during the evaluation plan and before signing the contract.
The winners of AMCOR Awards will represent Romania in the “Constantinus European Award” along with the Spanish and Austrian representatives.
